Seth Rollins suffered a legitimate injury in the semi-main event of the July 12 edition of Saturday Night's Main Event.

Rollins faced LA Knight on the show, but he sustained an injury after performing a Senton and then a Lionsault, with Rollins immediately clutching his leg following the move. Rollins then moved to the corner and began chatting to Paul Heyman, the referee, and a WWE doctor.

The match went straight to the finish as Rollins stood up and received a BFT from LA Knight, who promptly covered Rollins for the win. The current Money in the Bank holder was then helped to the back by WWE medical personnel.

PWInsider has reported that Rollins was originally booked to defeat LA Knight at Saturday Night's Main Event. Knight winning was a last-second call due to Rollins tweaking his knee. Fightful Select has also reported that the word backstage in WWE was that Rollins' injury is legitimate.

The severity of Rollins' injury is currently unknown, but it would greatly impact WWE's creative plans if he were to miss significant time as Rollins has been one of the top stars on Monday Night Raw, particularly since WrestleMania 41.
