The Steiner legacy is continuing in WWE thanks to the rise of Bron Breakker, who is the son of WWE Hall Of Famer Rick Steiner. He may not be alone forever in WWE, as his cousin has his eyes on potentially joining him in the professional wrestling business.
Speaking to WDSU News, Brock Rechsteiner, the son of Scott Steiner, has revealed that once his footballing career ends, he has plans to follow in his father’s footsteps.
“For sure. It really inspired me when he got inducted into the [WWE] Hall of Fame, back in Dallas, I think it was 2022. That inspired me to, once I’m done playing football — I want to pursue football as long as I can, play as long as I can — but once I’m done, I’ll get into wrestling too.”
Rechsteiner noted that he often trains with cousin Bron Breakker, and goes on fishing trips in Georgia. He explained that Breakker has been in his ear about joining the wrestling business post-football. Scott Steiner’s other son, Brandon, is currently playing basketball, and has also been open about the idea of potentially turning to pro wrestling. Rechsteiner previously signed a WWE NIL deal.
