It has been a rough month for many of those working with and around AEW, with the last month seeing members of the AEW team laid off from PWTees, with reports of an imminent split between the two parties, though there are claims that there is still a partnership between the two sides. Another AEW team has now been laid off, as it has been revealed that the AEW-Jazwares team is no more.

Kyle Peterson has reported that Jazwares has laid off its entire AEW team, though there is no news as to why this is the case, and what this means for AEW action figures going forwards.

"Late Friday, I got word that, unfortunately, the entire AEW Jazwares team over there at Jazwares were laid off on Friday."

The company has produced a bunch of great work in the action figures department with the likes of Will Ospreay, Kyle Fletcher, Ric Flair, Mercedes Mone, Adam Copeland and countless others, beginning their spell working with AEW back in 2020, changing things up with interchangeable torsos and lower bodies.

The Major company is currently producing AEW Big Rubber Guys, but it remains to be seen what will come of AEW and their action figures going forward.
