Scorpio Sky's contract with All Elite Wrestling is still due to expire this month, with Fightful Select reporting that, as of All Out, the 43-year-old had not signed a new deal with AEW.
It is unknown if AEW have held talks with Sky over a new contract. The promotion have continued to book him as his deal ticks down, though, with his most recent match taking place at the September 28 taping of ROH TV where the former SCU member picked up the win over Oro.
Scorpio Sky is an AEW original, having signed with the company in January 2019. He signed a five-year contract extension around All Out 2021.
Sky was initially featured prominently in All Elite Wrestling, becoming the inaugural one-half of the AEW World Tag Team Champions with Frankie Kazarian as part of SCU, and he would have two reigns with the TNT Title in 2022 during his time in Men of the Year. He has seldom wrestled for the promotion since the summer of 2022, though, with Sky only wrestling 13 matches on AEW TV over the past four years.
Sky has been more regularly featured in Ring of Honor since November 2025, and when he has appeared across AEW/ROH it has been as part of SkyFlight with Top Flight, Christopher Daniels, Leila Grey, Zayda Steel, and most recently Matt Sydal.
