Rumour Killer On Worries Over WWE Royal Rumble 2026 Arena

WWE have been holding shows in Saudi Arabia since 2018 and have held events in a variety of arenas, but the company will use a different venue for the 2026 Royal Rumble.

Instead of using Kingdom Arena or King Fahd Sports City Stadium, WWE will host the Royal Rumble at a venue currently under construction in the King Abdullah Financial District of Riyadh. It emerged in early January that the new venue was still under construction, with photos of the site seemingly showing that little had actually been built ahead of the Royal Rumble.

Despite fears, PWInsider has reported the venue for Royal Rumble 2026 is "very close to complete" and there is nothing to speculation of construction being delayed several weeks.

Royal Rumble 2026 is scheduled to air from 2 pm ET/7 pm GMT on Saturday, January 31. It will be the first time the Royal Rumble has taken place outside of North America since the first edition of the pay-per-view in 1988.

The current favourites with the bookies to win the men's Royal Rumble are Roman Reigns, Sami Zayn, and Bron Breakker. The betting favourites for the women's Rumble are Bianca Belair, Liv Morgan, and Rhea Ripley.
