REVEALED: Internal WWE Reaction To Giulia Reposting A Video Criticising Her Booking

Giulia’s WWE run has so far not gone quite how fans would have hoped, sentiments seemingly echoed by Giulia herself.

The current WWE Women’s United States Champion has been stuck in the mid-card experiencing stop-start booking since being called up from NXT in early 2025. On social media, Giulia reposted a fan video criticising her booking.

The video in question stated “The WWE needs to just let Giulia be Giulia. Ever since she was called up its felt like Road Dogg has been trying to book her into what he thinks she should be instead of what she is” with Giulia’s sharing of the video a seeming endorsement of the sentiment.

A report from Fightful Select suggests there has been no fallout from the repost, with sources in WWE chalking it up to either a message being lost in translation or just an out-and-out error.

Giulia was one of the biggest stars in STARDOM in the early 2020s, with her signing to WWE in 2024 seen as a major coup, with All Elite Wrestling reportedly at one point believed to have been interested in securing her services. However, whilst fellow signing Stephanie Vaquer has reached the main event of the WWE women’s division, Giulia’s fortunes have been decidedly mixed.
