Report: WWE Were 'A Little Hot' With N3on After Filming Penta Without His Mask

There was a little bit of heat within WWE on Kick live streamer N3on after he filmed Penta without his mask while backstage at Fanatics Fest.

N3on, who was live-streaming at the convention in addition to WWE Saturday Night's Main Event and the World Cup final over the weekend, was invited to go backstage, and when he went over to greet some WWE wrestlers, the broadcast panned to show an unmasked Penta. The WWE luchador immediately said, "I use mask. I use mask. Can you delete this please?"

N3on stated immediately after the incident that he would delete the stream, but it remains archived on his Kick channel as of the time of publication and the short snippet of Penta unmasked has circulated widely on social media.

Discussing the incident on WrestleVotes Live, TC of WrestleVotes noted WWE were "a little hot" about what happened.

"They were a little hot about that. I don't think Penta was happy. He was there at Saturday Night's Main Event so I don't think it was like burial kind of ground for him, but I don't know if he'll be back. I don't know," TC said.

N3on was not blocked from WWE Saturday Night's Main Event despite the incident and he was shown during the live broadcast that aired on Peacock in the United States and on YouTube internationally. The streamer noted during SNME that he apologised privately to Penta.

"I just want to apologise to him. I apologised to him off camera. It was a clear misunderstanding. They told him that he could take the mask off in that area and they told me I could stream in that area. It just clashed and sh*t happened. It was never my intention. I would never do that on purpose, and I'm sorry," N3on stated.

N3on defended himself the following day, though, adding: "You're mad because I leaked a guy's face that I had no idea - bro, it was not my fault. It was not my fault. They told him he could take his thing off. They told me I could stream in there. We both collided and it didn't work. And sh*t happens, bro."
