All Elite Wrestling have revived Dark for the 2025 Christmas period and a special AEW Dark Stocking Stuffer show will air on the promotion's YouTube channel at 7 pm ET on Tuesday night.

Stocking Stuffer is just a one-night revival for Dark, however, and PWInsider has reported the special was simply a Tony Khan idea as he wanted to give the fans in Cardiff, Wales something unique and special at the December 13 taping of Collision, while also showcasing more of the promotion's roster.

Dark previously aired on AEW's YouTube channel from October 2019 until the summer of 2023, when the show was scrapped due to Warner Bros. Discovery having an exclusivity clause for AEW content after the premiere of Collision.

That exclusivity clause ended at the end of 2024 when AEW and WBD agreed to a new TV deal. There have been discussions about reviving the cult series, but Stocking Stuffer will be the first time AEW have hosted Dark since the show was initially scrapped.

Matches planned for AEW Dark Stocking Stuffer are:

  • Roderick Strong, Orange Cassidy & Mascara Dorada vs. Kid Lykos I, Kid Lykos II & Mark Andrews
  • Marina Shafir vs. Isla Dawn
  • The Death Riders (Jon Moxley, PAC & Wheeler Yuta) vs. Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) & Nathan Cruz
