Raquel Rodriguez Cleared Following Goose Egg On WWE Raw

A very scary moment took place on Monday Night RAW this week during the Women’s World Championship match between Stephanie Vaquer and Raquel Rodriguez, during which WWE Hall Of Famer Nikki Bella made her presence known by attacking both women, sending Rodriguez into the steel steps. Rodriguez collided head first with the steel, with the camera shot showing an immediate goose egg bruising and swelling on her forehead, leading to her being assessed for a concussion. 

Fans of the former multi-time WWE Women’s Tag Team Champion do not need to worry, as it has been revealed by Dave Meltzer in the Wrestling Observer Newsletter that Rodriguez was checked out after the incident on Monday Night RAW, with her already being cleared to get back into the ring and wrestle. 

Some have found out ahead of time of upcoming results on Monday Night RAW due to the Christmas-week shows being taped in advance. It was announced during these tapings that Rodriguez would be back competing in the ring on the December 29 edition of the red brand, competing in a triple threat match with Stephanie Vaquer and Nikki Bella.
