NXT backstage interviewer Kelly Kincaid is set to depart WWE with the expiration of her deal, with Kincaid alleging she wasn’t given the option to stay with the company.

Kincaid has been part of WWE since 2022, debuting on NXT Level Up in February 2022, and is set to depart the company with the expiration of her deal on February 14. Kincaid announced her upcoming departure on X/Twitter, revealing she ‘wasn’t given the option’ to sign a new deal when asked by a fan.

Prior to her WWE NXT run, Kincaid worked for Ring of Honor as Quinn McKay, working as a backstage interviewer, show/segment host, colour commentator, and as an in-ring performer during her one-year stint with the legendary indie.

McKay’s last ROH match in December 2021 saw her team with Rok-C (Roxanne Perez) in a tag team victory over Willow Nightingale and Holidead. McKay’s last match prior to her WWE signing came on December 30 2021, at a show for Maryland indie promotion MCW.

As well as NXT, Kincaid also worked for WWE EVOLVE, working as a backstage interviewer and ring announcer.
