While not officially recognised by Guinness World Records, a new record has been set for the longest match in the history of professional wrestling.
Mystery Wrestling - the Canadian independent wrestling promotion owned by Evil Uno - held their 2026 Infinite Rumble, beginning the match at 11 am ET on Monday, June 22. The match lasted almost 24 hours and ultimately ended after 21 hours, 58 minutes, 49 seconds. This beat last year's Infinite Rumble, which clocked in at 21 hours, 49 minutes, 12 seconds.
Former AEW talent Stu Grayson was the first entrant in the Infinite Rumble and he lasted five hours until he was eliminated. Across the 243 entrants, there was The Visible Man, The Invisible Man, multiple Teletubbies, the Werewolf of London, Santa Claus, Poochy, multiple Power Rangers, Batman, Jason Todd, Hush, El Hijo del Bucket, Ghost Face, and Evil Uno, who also provided commentary throughout the live stream that aired on Mystery Wrestling's YouTube channel.
The match came down to Cool Ref and Stu Grayson, who re-entered the match as a bear, and Cool Ref ultimately won the match by sending the former Dark Order member over the top rope.
The event raised $34,661 (CAD) for the Canadian Cancer Society through Fighting Back: Wrestling with Cancer, an organisation that honours indy wrestler Phrank Morin, who passed away from cancer at 23 years old.
