AEW Double Or Nothing 2025 is fast approaching, and will take place next weekend on May 25, emanating from the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona. The build to the card is continuing, and last night three further matches were made official for the PPV.

On last night’s episode of Collision, the tag team clash between newly-heel FTR and the pairing of Daniel Garcia and Nigel McGuinness was made official, after the challenge was previously laid out on Dynamite this week. This will mark McGuinness’ first match since facing Bryan Danielson at AEW Dynamite: Grand Slam last year.

Ricochet and Mark Briscoe will continue their feud into Double Or Nothing too, with a match agreed for the PPV. As announced yesterday, this won’t just be a singles match, and will instead be a Stretcher match. This will be the very first bout contested under this stipulation in AEW’s history.

Finally, Dustin Rhodes & Sammy Guevara (who are reigning ROH Tag Team Champions) defeated Cru on Collision, becoming the number one contenders for the AEW World Tag Team Titles, securing a match with the Hurt Syndicate at Double Or Nothing. Unfortunately for fans in the US, both feeds on the East Coast and West Coast were cut off early due to technical issues on TNT’s end, so many were unable to view this matchup. Anarchy In The Arena has yet to be made official for the PPV, but reports revealed AEW's planned line-up for the match.
