Konosuke Takeshita & Yuka Sakazaki Announce They Are Married

Konosuke Takeshita and Yuka Sakazaki have officially confirmed they are a married couple. There had been rumours in recent years that the two AEW talents had tied the knot.

Takeshita announced his marriage to Sakazaki, writing on Instagram (translated):

"It's personal, but today I'll introduce my family.

"I'm about to turn 30. Even though I'm trying to grow up a little better, I still have a lot of things I can't accomplish. It is quicker to name 100 things I can't do than 10 things I can do.

"My wife Yuka helps me do these 100 things every day without batting an eye, and instead of just pushing me on the back, she gives me a shove. You are always there for me to share my happiness and my sadness.

"As we continued our life together in America, a dog came into our lives. Did you sense something when you saw us? Kenshiro the Goldendoodle was supposed to be a miniature but he's growing bigger and bigger.

"I will continue to work hard to make sure that Yuka and Kenshiro live their days happily. That’s what I wanted to share with you today. From now on, I'll continue to give my all in the ring, treating each and every match with care. Thank you for your continued support.

"Konosuke & Yuka & Kenshiro."

When Konosuke Takeshita and Yuka Sakazaki were married is unknown. They are both a part of All Elite Wrestling, with Takeshita wrestling as recently as Sunday night's Double or Nothing pay-per-view. Sakazaki has not performed on TV since a TBS Title match with Mercedes Moné in January.
