All Elite Wrestling hosted the first-ever women's Blood & Guts Match from the Greensboro Coliseum on Wednesday night as Marina Shafir, Megan Bayne, Mercedes Moné, Julia Hart, Skye Blue, & Thekla faced off against Harley Cameron, Willow Nightingale, Jamie Hayter, Kris Statlander, Toni Storm, and Mina Shirakawa.
After 46 minutes it was ultimately the heels who picked up the win after Toni Storm quit to protect Mina Shirakawa.
The match was a violent affair and featured plenty of blood, including from Skye Blue. Despite Blue wearing a crimson mask, though, Fightful Select has reported that the Triangle of Madness member was said to be okay.
Jamie Hayter, however, was "a little banged up" following Blood & Guts and she may have chipped several teeth during the match. One person Fightful spoke with said Hayter was "as bad ass as you would expect."
Whether Jamie Hayter will miss any time because of the injuries and any dental work she may require is unknown. Hayter was previously a part of the AEW Women's Tag Team Title tournament, teaming with Queen Aminata, but they were eliminated in the quarter-finals by Skye Blue and Julia Hart.
