Even WWE Don't Know What Jade Cargill Will Be Doing At WrestleMania 42

Pro wrestling fans are unsure what Jade Cargill's plans are for WrestleMania 42, and they aren't the only ones.

According to WrestleVotes Radio on Fightful Select, WWE have yet to decide upon Jade Cargill's WrestleMania plans. Many possibilities have been talked about within the company, with two of the names pitched to face Cargill at WrestleMania being Charlotte Flair and Tiffany Stratton, but no final decision has yet been made.

This comes after reports this week noted Triple H was receiving "internal criticism" within WWE due to changing plans for WrestleMania 42 once again. It has been claimed the only match currently locked in for the Showcase of the Immortals is CM Punk vs. Roman Reigns and everything else is up in the air.

Jade Cargill is the reigning WWE Women's Champion and she has held the belt since defeating Tiffany Stratton on the November 1, 2025 episode of Saturday Night's Main Event. Cargill is yet to defend the title despite being champion for 104 days, although she will put the belt on the line for the first time on tonight's episode of SmackDown against Jordynne Grace.

WrestleMania 42 is planned for Las Vegas' Allegiant Stadium on Saturday, April 18 and Sunday, April 19. Ticket sales have been worse than WWE expected, but the company aren't planning to make tickets cheaper, at least for the time being.
