A pair of recently released WWE Superstars have wasted little time in securing their first bookings elsewhere. Cora Jade and Gigi Dolin - now again going by their respective pre-WWE ring names of Elayna Black and Priscilla Kelly - have each been announced for multiple upcoming shows

Black has been announced for various promotions in June and July, including Black Label Pro, Top Talent Wrestling and Atomic Legacy Wrestling. The most well-known is perhaps GCW, who revealed that she'll be appearing at five events over the course of the Summer, starting on June 20 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Kelly has been announced for at least two events: Wrestling Revolver's Cage of Horrors show on June 14, and a Blitzkrieg Pro event on June 28.

The pair recently hit back at reports suggesting that laziness was part of the reason for their releases.

Black and Kelly were still regularly appearing on-screen as part of the WWE NXT brand at the time of their releases. Black had recently teamed with former friend and foe Roxanne Perez on the NXT Stand and Deliver pre-show during WrestleMania weekend, while Kelly was part of an ongoing alliance with Tatum Paxley and Shotzi.

Both are is former WWE NXT Women's Tag Team Champions, Kelly winning the belt twice alongside Jacy Jayne when both were part of Mandy Rose's Toxic Attraction stable, and Black winning it once with Roxanne Perez.
