Kevin Owens Injury Update

Kevin Owens has been absent from WWE programming ever since the road to WrestleMania 41 when he announced that he would be taking an extended period of time away from the ring due to requiring neck surgery. It was uncertain if he would ever come back due to the nature of his injury, with Owens remaining hesitant about his expectations and commenting on the prospect of retirement. 

In July, Owens successfully underwent his neck surgery after a long wait, though the forecast was still for him to miss WrestleMania 42 with his recovery time uncertain. Yesterday, a video was posted to social media by Owens himself which featured an interesting tease. The video started black, accompanied by the opening beats of his WWE entrance music. 

The video transitioned into a brief clip of him running and working out at the WWE Performance Center, which is a massively positive sign for those hoping to see him back in the ring at some point down the line. This social media clip ended with a split-second image of a cat - arguably the standout moment of the entire video.
