Kacy Catanzaro's Post-WWE Plans Revealed

Former WWE star Kacy Catanzaro (FKA Katana Chance) has revealed what she will be doing next after being released by the company in May.

Catanzaro will be returning to American Ninja Warrior, having been shown in a teaser for the episode which will air on NBC and Peacock tonight (August 11). Catanzaro will not be competing, however, and it appears she has either a role as a host or a panel member.

A former WWE Women's Tag Team Champion, Cantanzaro competed on American Ninja Warrior between 2013 and 2017, which is where WWE discovered her.

Speaking to the Lightweights podcast in June, the 35-year-old noted that she still felt as though she had unfinished business with the show, saying:

"I know that when it comes to American Ninja Warrior, when I did leave, it was for a good reason. But I know that there were more things I had wanted to do or more things I feel like I was capable of."

In the same interview, she also indicated that she wasn't ready to walk away from wrestling. Her last outing was alongside Kayden Carter as entrants in a tag team gauntlet match on the April 11 edition of SmackDown.
