WWE NXT star Elio LeFleur is set to miss approximately six months of action after suffering an injury at a live event.
At the NXT house show in Lakeland, Florida on March 20, both LeFluer and Lexis King suffered injuries during an eight-man tag team match, resulting in the match being stopped and ruled a no-contest.
King has since been cleared to return to the ring, but LeFleur has not been so lucky. During a backstage segment on last night's NXT: Roadblock, LeFleur revealed that he had torn labrum ligaments in his shoulder and will be sidelined for half a year.
His impending absence means that he has also had to vacate the WWE Speed Title. At Roadblock, LeFleur announced that a tournament will take place to determine a new champion, starting next week.
The Parisian had won the title by beating then-champion Jasper Troy and Eli Knight in a triple threat match on the February 24 edition of NXT TV.
Previously known as Aigle Blanc, LeFleur signed with WWE in 2025 after impressing with his performances on the European independent circuit.
