Ever since 2021, WWE have hosted the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal on the episode of Friday Night SmackDown before WrestleMania 41, and that was the case this year too, as many of the wrestlers missing out on the WrestleMania card this weekend were seeking to build some momentum and score a big win.

The field included names such as Andrade, Rey Fenix, Chad Gable (who is of course missing out on WrestleMania 41 in lieu of El Grande Americano facing Rey Mysterio), members of the LWO, The Miz, Pete Dunne, Rey Fenix, Tyler Bate, R-Truth and others. In the final moments, Rey Fenix was running wild until El Grande Americano made his presence known, tripping Fenix on the ropes and dragging him out of the ring, leaving just Carmelo Hayes and Andrade in the ring.

Rekindling their rivalry from last year, Andrade and Hayes went back and forth until it was Hayes who stood tall, dumping Andrade over the top rope and standing tall as the 2025 victor of the Andre The Giant Memorial Battle Royal. Hayes joins the previous list of winners which includes Cesaro, Big Show, Baron Corbin, Mojo Rawley, Matt Hardy, Braun Strowman, Jey Uso, Madcap Moss, Bobby Lashley and Bronson Reed.
